Careers

At McClarigan, we’re more than just accountants. We’re trusted advisors, problem-solvers, and active members of the community. Guided by integrity and a passion for excellence, we’re proud to serve clients who value thoughtful, personalized service.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who are humble, hungry, and smart-those who want to do meaningful work, be part of a supportive team, and enjoy a healthy balance between professional success and life outside the office.

We believe in taking care of our people, too. That means competitive pay, a comprehensive benefit package, generous vacation and holiday time, and a retirement plan with employer match. We’re invested in your growth; offering support for the CPA exam, including reimbursement for tuition and study materials.

Flexibility matters to us. Our team enjoys every other Friday off in the summer to recharge and enjoy life. And because culture is just as important as compensation, we make time for what matters; Fun Days, team events, days of service, and the kind of everyday support that makes coming to work something to look forward to.

If you’re looking for a place where your work is valued, your growth is supported, and your contributions make a difference, let’s talk.
